Can I modify or cancel an order?
Email support immediately. Changes depend on shipment and whether the fabric has already been cut.

Swatch orders
A swatch order may be canceled only if it has not shipped and is not already scheduled for shipment.
Sample and wholesale orders
Suppliers are notified after an order is placed and may begin cutting immediately. Email support with the order number as soon as you notice a mistake. We can consider a change or cancellation only while the relevant fabric remains uncut.
Important
Sending a request does not pause supplier work or guarantee a change. Cut, altered, printed or otherwise processed fabric is not eligible for cancellation or return except where the Terms of Service state otherwise.
