Reordering and fabric availability
Most regular items can be reordered, but stock is checked again for every order.

Availability can change
- Stock levels can change between orders and are not guaranteed until the supplier confirms availability.
- A shortage may require a new production batch, a longer lead time or a higher production quantity.
- If a new lead time is required for a wholesale order, we ask for your confirmation before proceeding.
- If a supplier cannot fulfill a wholesale item, you can choose an alternative or receive a refund for the canceled item.
- Unavailable sample items are canceled and refunded.
Deadstock
Items labeled Deadstock are leftover material from earlier production and are not restocked after they sell out.
