Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 2026-10-06
SWATCHON USA INC. uses cookies and browser storage to provide swatchon.com. This policy describes the storage used by our website and the controls currently available. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies and Browser Storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage persists until removed, while session storage is limited to the browser session. Tags, pixels and third-party services may also receive information about your visit.
2. First-Party Storage
| Name | Purpose | Configured duration |
|---|---|---|
security_session |
Protect translation and upload requests against abuse and enforce request limits. | Up to 24 hours. |
auth_token |
Account authentication and access to your orders. | Session cookie; removed when you sign out. Server token validity is a separate limit. |
locale |
Your selected language. | Session cookie. |
shipping_country, preferred_currency |
Your selected destination and display currency. | Up to 12 months. |
so_mkt_referrers |
Up to five campaign/referrer touches for attribution, including campaign and click identifiers when present. | Up to 12 months. |
free_swatch_intro_seen |
Avoid repeating an introductory message during a visit. | Session cookie. |
swatchon-compare |
Public fabric codes selected for a comparison where that feature is used. | Up to 30 days. |
ui.recentCart, ui.colorView |
Local display and cart-view preferences. | Browser local storage until cleared. |
__chunk_reload_at__ |
Prevent repeated automatic reloads after a changed application bundle. | Browser session storage. |
Your browser may remove storage earlier. Clearing authentication storage signs you out; clearing preferences resets those choices.
3. Measurement, Diagnostics and Payment Providers
Google Tag Manager can load measurement and advertising tools used for campaign attribution. Google and Meta tools may receive visit and transaction events and may set their own cookies. Sentry receives diagnostic information for service reliability. Hosted payment pages may use payment-provider storage under that provider's policy.
Provider names, information categories and purposes are described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Provider-controlled names and expiration periods can change; see Google's cookie information, Meta's cookie policy and Stripe's cookie policy.
4. Available Controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's site-data settings. You can also use the advertising preference and opt-out tools provided by Google and Meta. Some blocked storage may prevent login, checkout or other requested features from working.
Our website does not currently provide an in-site cookie consent banner or cookie-settings panel. This policy does not represent that you have given consent through such a feature. Contact support@swatchon.com to make a privacy or marketing-preference request.
5. Regional Rights
Applicable privacy and cookie rules may give you additional information, consent, objection or opt-out rights. This policy does not waive those rights. A general acceptance of our Terms or continued browsing does not replace any consent required by applicable law.
6. Policy Changes
We will update this notice when the actual storage or available controls change and will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. The effective date identifies this version.
