How do I check a fabric before I buy yardage?
Order a swatch book. It contains a physical cutting of every color of that fabric, costs $3, ships free worldwide on orders of 5 or more books, and arrives in about 4 days door-to-door.
Can I reorder the same fabric later?
Yes. Fabrics are stocked as reorderable mill inventory, so a fabric that sells well can be restocked for repeat production. This is the difference from deadstock or surplus, which cannot be reordered once it is gone.
How long does delivery take, and will I pay customs on arrival?
Orders ship by DHL/UPS express from Korea, typically 2–4 days after dispatch. Shipments to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and Korea are DDP — duties and customs are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Other destinations ship DAP.
Can I print my own design on a fabric?
Yes. Custom printing is available on 900+ base fabrics from 5 yards.
How do I pay?
