How long does shipping take?
Processing time and transit time are separate, and customs or local delivery can add time.

Order processing
- Swatch orders usually dispatch in 1–2 business days.
- In-stock fabric orders are generally ready to ship in 3–5 business days.
- Out-of-stock items, new production, customization or a decision needed from you can extend processing.
Transit
Air shipping by DHL or UPS generally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance and local delivery delays are not included. The cart shows the estimate available for the selected shipping option.
If your order is urgent
Email support with the order number and required date, and respond quickly if the team asks you to make an order decision. Expedited handling cannot be guaranteed.
