How does SWATCHON support customs clearance?
Shipment documents are provided to the courier and are also available from your order.

Documents
Required shipment documents are provided to the courier when the order ships. You can also download available documents from the order page.
- Fabric Detail Sheet: specifications and care information for ordered fabrics.
- Commercial Invoice: for customs clearance, not as an accounting receipt.
- Payment Receipt: the product and shipping amounts paid for the order.
- Packing List: package and item details when available.
If customs asks for more information
Email support with the order number, the courier’s request and any deadline. You remain responsible for completing destination-specific importer steps and paying charges that are not included under the selected shipping terms.
