What is the card processing fee?
Wholesale card payments carry a fee based on the order currency; swatch, sample and bank-transfer payments do not.

Fee rates
- 2% when the wholesale order currency is USD.
- 3% for wholesale card payments in other supported currencies.
- No processing fee for swatch or sample orders.
- No processing fee for US domestic or international bank transfers.
Refunds of the fee
- If the supplier cancels the entire order, the processing fee is refunded with the order total.
- The fee is not refunded when only part of an order is canceled and the remaining items continue.
- The fee is not refunded for a customer-requested cancellation.
