NewFrequently asked questions
How do duties work for orders to New Zealand?
Shipping is paid at checkout. Import duties and taxes are billed to the recipient by customs on arrival, according to the local thresholds. We do not quote duty for this destination, so plan for it separately.
What is the minimum order?
Sample yardage starts at 1 yard. Wholesale minimums are set per item and shown in that item’s price table.
How do I check a fabric before ordering?
One swatch book holds every color of a fabric and arrives in an estimated 3–5 days. A book is paid in swatch credits, and its credit price is set per item and shown on the fabric page.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices on this page are shown in USD by default. An order is created in the currency your account is set to — USD, EUR, GBP, JPY or KRW, switched from the header — and changing your destination does not change it.
Who handles the customs paperwork?
We prepare the export documents and the carrier presents them. Clearance for this destination is completed in the recipient’s name, and the carrier may contact you for information or for the duty payment.
